Weekend Winter Package

Snow Sports

This self-drive snow package is a wonderful opportunity for groups with a minimum number of 15 participants to enjoy a weekend snow getaway together.

Arrive on Friday afternoon and depart on Sunday morning for our two-day skiing or snowboarding weekend camp! Stay in lodge style accommodation - each person will need to bring sleeping bags and pillows.

Package includes:

  • Assistance from experienced staff
  • Professional graded lessons with Blue Cow Snow Sports School
  • Evening Movie Night
  • Lift and lesson ticket including ski tube *
  • Breakfast lunch and dinner (Lunch will be provided at Blue Cow on Saturday and Sunday)

  • Ski or snowboard equipment hire

Package does not include:

  • transport to Bullocks Flat
  • clothing hire. (Clothing can be hired from the Centre's ski hire on arrival, paid directly to ski hire.)

Please note:

  • Snow Sports group lessons at Perisher Snow Sports School are only available for children six years and older and adults.
  • Children aged under five years can attend Junior Snow Kids at an additional cost – these must be pre-booked by the individual through Perisher Ski Resort.
  • Children must be 8 years or over if they wish to snowboard.

Booking terms and conditions

Confirmation

A security deposit (25% of the total fee) must be paid within 30 days of making the booking following receipt of a security deposit invoice and immediately upon receipt of a tax invoice if the booking is made 30 days or less before the start date.

Payment

Balance of Payment is due 30 days after the end date.

Participant number variation

Final participant numbers must be confirmed and received in writing no later than 30 days prior to the start date. For bookings made within 30 days prior to the start date final numbers are due at the time of booking. 
 
If written confirmation is not received by the Centre, 30 days prior to the start date, the Centre will apply the number of participants as outlined in the booking. The Centre will endeavour to accommodate any increase in the total number of participants subject to availability.
 
Within the 30 days period prior to the start date, if there is a reduction in the number of participants in excess of 10% of the confirmed number, the client will incur a cancellation fee.
The client will still be required to pay the Centre 90% of the total fee applicable to the confirmed number of participants.
 
For the avoidance of doubt, this means that if, for example, the client confirms that 100 participants will be attending and within 30 days of the start date, it varies that number to 70 participants then the client will still be required to pay the full fee for 90 participants. In extenuating circumstances the Centre Manager or Program Coordinator may, in his/her sole discretion, agree to reduce or waive this cancellation
fee.

Other

In addition to these Financial Terms and Conditions, the Client, including all persons under the Client's control, agrees to abide by the General Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with this Booking, the Client and all persons under the Client's control agrees that they have read, understood and accepted both these Financial Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation

If a booking is cancelled 60 days or more prior to the start date, the client will be entitled to a refund, ie a cancellation fee of 20% of the total fee for bookings under $1,000, or 20% of the security deposit (including GST) for bookings $1,000 or over. A written request for a refund must be received from the client.
 
If a booking is cancelled 30 days or more but less than 60 days prior to the start date, the client will be entitled to a refund, ie a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fee for bookings under $1,000, or 50% of the security deposit (including GST) for bookings $1,000 or over. A written request for a refund must be received from the client.
 
If a booking is cancelled within 30 days prior to the start date, the client will not be entitled to a refund, ie a cancellation fee of 100% of the total fee for bookings under $1,000, or 100% of the security deposit (including GST) for bookings $1,000 or over.
