Recreational activities (instructor led)

The Academy is more than happy to run Recreational Activities for your group provided they are booked a minimum eight weeks in advance of your arrival.

Activities are available from 9am – 12pm and 1.30pm – 4.30pm and are conducted with a minimum of 20 and maximum of 30 participants (including supervising adults) for each activity session. These activities incur additional costs; depending whether half day or full day.

All participants for these activities must be part of a residential program and have completed and returned an online medical and consent form two weeks prior to participating in an activity (instructions on this will be provided in your confirmation letter). Please consider the following when attending an activity session:

  • All participants are requested to be present at the beginning of the activity session to receive the activity briefings. Non-attendance at the briefing will preclude people from participating in the activity.
  • No alcohol may be consumed at any time before or during
  • Participants may be required to assist with setting up/packing away equipment.
