NSW Seniors Festival
Over 60* and wanting to get active while meeting new people?
Each year during the NSW Seniors Festival the Office of Sport offers programs as active, adventurous or relaxing as you like. From swimming, nature walks, picnics and canoeing at our Lake Burrendong Sport and Recreation Centre in the Central West through to kayaking and paddle boarding at Avoca Lake on the Central Coast.
It’s a wonderful opportunity to try something new while being active and having fun.
All activities are fully supervised by qualified and experienced instructors and you can be as adventurous or relaxed as you like. Our instructors can tailor the session to match your physical, cultural, and medical needs.
NSW Seniors Festival, formerly NSW Seniors Week, runs for 10 days from Wednesday 4 April to Sunday 15 April 2018. The theme for the 2018 Festival is Let’s Do More Together.
