Sponsorship Fundraising and Grants workshop

Sponsorship, Fundraising & Grants workshop is designed to provide grass root level club and association personnel with skills in effective fundraising and developing effective sponsorship proposals. The workshop is both theory and practically based and includes topics such as:

  • Fundraising & financial management
  • Fundraising sub committees and preparing a budget.
  • Sponsorship phases, planning, selling and servicing.
  • Grants and preparing and application.

Please note: Non-residents of The Hills Shire Council will be placed on a waitlist until 3 weeks out from the workshop start date. Once waitlisted clients are confirmed if vacancies are available, a booking confirmation will be emailed to the client.

Any client currently residing in in the Hills Shire Council can be enrolled and confirmed at the time of booking/application request

Booking terms and conditions

Confirmation

Payment of the full amount owing on a booking is required at the time that the booking is made. A booking with no payment will have a status of "tentative" until full payment is received and placement in the program is not confirmed until such time. Payment is to be received within 7 days of booking.

Cancellation

If a booking is cancelled 7 days or more prior to the start date, the client will be entitled to a refund. A cancellation fee of 20% of the total fee (including GST) is to be charged. A written request for a refund must be received from the client. Refunds will be paid at the completion of the program. No refund is made for partial attendance.
 
If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of the start date, the client will not be entitled to a refund, ie a cancellation fee of 100% of the total fee (including GST) is to be charged.
