Confirmation
Payment of the full amount owing on a booking and completed enrolment form is required at the time that the booking is made. A booking with no payment or no enrolment form will have a status of "tentative" until full payment and completed enrolment form is received. Placement in the program is not confirmed until such time.

Payment is to be received within 7 days of booking.
Other
In addition to these Financial Terms and Conditions, the Client, including all persons under the Client's control, agrees to abide by the General Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with this Booking, the Client and all persons under the Client's control agrees that they have read, understood and accepted both these Financial Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation
If a booking is cancelled 7 days or more prior to the start date, the client will be entitled to a refund. A cancellation fee of 20% of the total fee (including GST) is to be charged. A written request for a refund must be received from the client. Refunds will be paid at the completion of the program. No refund is made for partial attendance.
If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of the start date, the client will not be entitled to a refund, ie a cancellation fee of 100% of the total fee (including GST) is to be charged.
