Sport and Recreation Centres (casual)
If you are a vibrant, motivated person with a passion for working with people there are a number of casual employment opportunities with Sport and Recreation Centres.
Group Leader (casual)
A Group Leader provides supervision and engagement with participants throughout holiday camps and family and community programs at Centres. They facilitate selected activities on holiday camps and foster a positive, inclusive, safe and fun environment for all participants.
To apply to be a Group Leader you need:
- To be 18 years of age or older
- A current first aid qualification
- A current Working With Children Check for paid work
- To be put through a criminal record check.
And we would love it if you also have a bronze medallion or equivalent.

Swimming instructors (casual)
The swimming instructor teaches the Swim and Survive program to pre-school and school age children from November to February each year.
