Through our mission of Building Active Communities, we work tirelessly to provide leadership, policies, programs, funding and infrastructure, creating healthier people, connecting communities and making a stronger NSW.

The First Lap voucher program provides vouchers for parents, guardians and carers of children aged 3-6 years who are not enrolled in school to contribute towards the cost of swimming lessons.

The Office of Sport is committed to safeguarding children and young people in sport and recreation. We work with the sector, Office of the Children’s Guardian, Play by the Rules and other lead child safe agencies to help create child safe sport in NSW.
